If there is one thing Gowariker is known for, then it has to be period dramas! After giving successful hits like Lagaan in 2001 and Jodha-Akbar in 2008, he then came out with Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey in 2010, but it bummed at the box office. Now, film maker Ashutosh Gowariker is all set to deliver his another period drama ‘Mohenjo-Daro‘ after working on the script for almost 2 years.
‘Mohenjo-Daro‘ will feature Hrithik Roshan in the lead role. This is the second time that the ‘Lagaan’ director is working with Bollywood’s greek god! It is rumored that Sonakshi Sinha will be playing opposite Hrithik Roshan in the epic period drama. Though, these are just whispers, but Sonakshi has definitely expressed her interest in doing period dramas.
Sonakshi Sinha, who is famous for her typical Bollywood masala movies is keen to experiment. Her role in ‘Lootera’ was appreciated and now, she wants to do similar roles. Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘Holiday’ is going to hit the theaters in this week. It seems like this ‘Dabangg’ actress has lot of projects in her kitty!
